Do Women Normally Keep The Same Body Proportions As They Lose Weight?

When women lose a lot of weight, do we normally keep the same body proportions? Like breast/hip/waist proportions. Is it possible to change body shape, like go from an hourglass to a pear or whatever other shape? Can you go from having proportionally large breasts for your size to having proportionally small breasts? Or lose more weight on the hips then waist or vice versa? I’m just curious really. If you’ve lost a lot of weight, what was your experience?

Im no expert but body fat does not preferentially burn from one spot than any other. You’ll either lose it all over or not at all so in that sense proportions should remain the same. Where it’ll vary is what you do to tone your body if you do more upper body than lower body you’ll look leaner on your upper half and visa versa.

er. no. cause otherwise you’d have to get shorter etc. also you lose weight from different body parts at different rates
