well if you want to loose weight you have to exercise and eat healthy together to lose weight
abs:there are many ways to work on your abs no matter how much fat you got you always have your abs hidden behind that fat. what you want to do to bring them out is your back with palms flat on the floor by your side. bend your knees and tuck heels into your butt. use your ab muscle to roll your knees forwards your chest lifting your tailbone. if your a beginner do 20 of these.
when your new to these take 5 mins and do at least two sets of any of those 2 days a week. When your a expert take 5-10 mins and 3 sets of these moves 3days a week
butt, front and back of thighs: stand in front of yout chair with your feet hip-width apart. from your arms in front of you, slowly lower yourself in a two count move as if you were going to sit down. make you your knees dont extend past your toes when you are in the squatting position. but dont sit down as soon as your butt taps the chair! raise yourself up in the same two-count move to the start. do 3 sets of 15.
legs: lunge toward with your left foot. make sure your left knee doesn't go past your left ankle. always keep your back straight upright. come up, but don't stop immediately bring right foot forward and lunge with your right leg. take 20 step on each leg.
for eatting start eatting fruits and some veggies like carrots, grapes, apples and you really needs some meals just cut off the sweets and have a little sweet snack twice a week every now and then but not too much.
if you dont know what to eat at all for breakfast then eat scrambled egg whites with nonfat cheese provides protein. grapefruit (if you like them) gives you carbs, and some wheat toast is a great source of fiber.
snacks! strawberries and peaches with one cup of cottage cheese if your not a cottage cheese fan try nonfat yogurt.
afternoon snack<3 dip 2 pears (cut into wedges) into 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. the combo will keep you feeling full til dinner.
dinner- ask your mom or if you cook for yourself have some brvown rice(if not some white rice with beans) some corn and skinless chicken would work great!
have fun!
