How To Loose Weight And Shape Body(stomach)? Recently I Like To Eat Peanuts Its Like Can Not Stop?
I just success to loose weight 2kg by sports and I want to less my weight another 3kg. But now I am very often to eat peanuts, I like it so much. I’ve try to stop, but still can not to stop. How I can do?
I think you should try eating something else. Maybe a apple or grapes instead. I love peanuts too and know how you feel. Also to get rid of fat on the stomach, you can try running. I suggested it to other people too and it worked for them.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

switch to a different brand of nuts. Walnuts and almonds are very good for you. If you cannot do that limit your intake on those peanuts!
lol… i know… i love peanuts too.. and pistachios and macadamias… yum. If I buy them, I’m the same, i can’t stop eating them and the nuts I like are high in fat so that doesn’t help. In moderation, many types of nuts are great for you. But like anything, in excess, not so good.
So the best solution, DON’T BUY THEM in the first place!! I know, it’s hard to resist at the supermarket, but seriously, if they’re not in the house, you can’t eat them! Good on you for trying to lose weight with exercise, a good diet will also do wonders for your health and wellbeing though.
P.S. The best way to shape your tummy – crunches (sit-ups). Pilates is also really fun and effective.
You might be low in protein. Kind of like when pregnant women crave dirt or something like that. Maybe increase your protein in your diet. Fish is a good choice.
