well im 13 i weigh 91 pounds and am 5′1 and my wrists are 5.5 inches is this healthy

    It all sounds fine to me – perhaps a bit thin, but as long as you don’t have an eating disorder or another condition to go along with your thin appearance, I wouldn’t worry too much. Chances are, you have a high metabolism and things will even out as you finish puberty and growth.
    My advice for you is to find a Body Mass Index calculator (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ this one is good) and see where you fall according to your height and weight. This should give you a good indication of the healthiness of your current weight.

    I’m sure that is fine. You are definately not over weight. Maybe a little underweight but that is normal. Not neccassarily because you are eating too little but because this is how you are and how your body was built. But if you are looking too skinny you should just gaina few pounds.

    You sound a little on the thin side to me, but I am sure you are still growing. I think an adult woman’s ideal weight is 106-118 pounds for a small frame at that height. Your bones are prolly still growing, so take care of yourself, eat healthy & exercise weekly.

    I dont think your healthy. eat healthy foods and do plenty of ecxerise.

    yeah when i was 13 i was like 130 because i was 5″6 1/2 i was really tall but i was healthy i was a good weight for my size

    It wouldn’t hurt for you to gain 5 pounds. I’m 14, 5 feet and 97 pounds if that’s helpful.
