I Am 28 Year Old Men With Typical Body Shape..my Height Is 6 Feet And Weight Is 70.problem Is I Have Flat Butt

and whenever i tried to gain weight only belly comes out everything remain same.. so i have to gain weight with proper distrubution all over the body..

    Try butt exercises. A guy at the gym could show you. Maybe that will give you more curve to your tush. I think a flat butt is a common thing with guys! Don’t worry about it!

    6 feet and 70 lbs?! O_O
    holy fried rice! I’m 99.999999% sure thats underweight.
    But putting that aside. I think the best way to gain any …volume? (not sure if thats the right word) in any part of your body is to work out (such as lifting weights) using exercises that works on the gluts.
    Why you should do this instead of trying to gain butt size through eating:
    1) like you said, eating does not add weight or size to places that you want
    2) its not healthy to do that (maybe you’re a person with high high metabolism. seems like it)
    3) Working out is healthy
    4) it will most likely give you more size because the way muscles get larger is through repetition of doing heavy weights
    5) muscle weighs more than fat, so that should fix a bit of your underweight-ness

    butt’s aren’t everything! don’t even worry about it. Be confident in your other features to make up for lack of ‘junk in the trunk’
