    i don’t know. i do know my general practicioner told me that you should drink 2 litres a day (that’s in western europe), and in hot climates 4 litres a day. that’s a bit general, but it gives a guideline.

    This link may help, even though you would have to adjust it to the climate you live in. If you are in a hot area, you may need to drink more.
    What I personally do is drink what I need to drink, because it’s not an overabundance, and it sates my own thirst for that day.
