Body Shape?????
I, unfortunately, have a pear-shaped body. And I absolutely HATE it. Everyone else I see has a straight-shaped body. EVERYONE. It’s not fair. It’s like I’m the only one. I’m planning on losing about 20-25 pounds this year (my New Year’s Resolution), and I was wondering if loseing weight would also help change my body shape. Because I have a big butt, thighs and hips. If it won’t get rid of it, will it at least help it look less…pear-shaped??!!

People say that you don’t lose your general body shape. However, if you are unhappy with your butt, thighs, and hips, there are plenty of exercises that you can do. My biggest success with these parts has been from using 5 pound ankle weights and doing about 120-150 leg lifts in various positions every day. But it takes a while to work up to that many. Just doing this actually makes me look better than doing tons of squats, lunges, and deadlifts with heavy weights.
Anyway, you have to use weights to shape up and add cardio. You’ll also have to eat healthy to see really great results. Try Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Diet. http://www.toscareno.com.
