Am I In Good Shape If Im Able To Bench 110% My Body Weight?

I’m an asian guy, 5′10, 145lbs, narrow frame, i max out around 160lbs am i in decent shape? what should be my target weight on the bench?

    Thats real good. My last set of 8 is with 275. Sounds good eeh. Not really cause I am at 245#. I think if you go to far above your body weight, you start running the risk of hurting somthing. Keep up the good work!

    110% is excellent — 100lbs. over body weight is world class. You’re in good shape buddy.
