I Am A Five Foot 4 Inch Tall 14 Year Old Girl, What Would A Healthy Body Weight Be For Me?
There is a very broad range of what is healthy, depending on genetics and your muscle mass for your body. For instance, if you play sports, you are probably going to weigh a little more in muscle, so you may think that you are over weight when you are not.
Taking these factors out of the mix, though, there is a common rule of five pounds per inch after five feet. This would mean that someone five feet would be 100 pounds, somone five foot one, 105, somone five foot two, 110, and so forth. For a five foot four tall person, 120 would be the ideal number. But remember that this is only an average of many weights. You can be under and over and still be perfectly healthy. I can be healthy at five foot nine and 147 pounds, as my five foot two friend can be healthy at 98 pounds. A lot changes from person to person.
Hopefully, this gives you a range of healthy weights (from around 105 to 135 for you). There’s a lot of leway and room, and as you progress through the teen years and into adulthood, you will naturally gain weight (sometimes, even upto forty pounds) and still remain healthy.
If you are worried about your weight at any time, consult a doctor to get a proper lookover before consulting an online BMI chart. BMI charts don’t take muscle mass and large-boned people into account, making it incredibly unreliable.
Hope this helped, hun!

They say at at 5 ft you should be 100lbs and then 5 lbs for every inch over that. So 120lbs is healthy. But anywhere between 110-130 is good for you, depending on your build. You may be skinnier because you are still growing though
Look up your BMI and see if you fall in the normal ranges. You can google it they have BMI calculators online.
110-115 sounds good
110-130 would be good
Anywhere between 105-130 would be good …
