Appropriate Weight/body Size.?

I am a mother of three boys, ages 3, 5, and 7. I am 5′6″ and weigh 138 pounds. I this a normal weight? I’d like to loose 10-15 pounds. Is that too much? Plus, when I have lost that amt. of weight before, everything gets smaller. Is it better to be a little thicker around the middle with nice “attributes”, or thinner everywhere?

    i think it depends on ur body structure cuz im 5″6 138 and this is the BIGGEST i have ever been! I am trying to loose 20pds so i dont think 10-15 is to much at all cuz im usually 120ish but 138 is normal for our height
