Is there anyone out there that knows what kind of diet plan works to lower my stomach down? I have realistic expectations and don’t want to go on a crash diet.
it might be easier for you to change some of your bed habits concerning food, rather than go on a diet. Start a journal and write down what you eat, how much, and when. This can be a real eye opener. For those of us who like sweet treats, cutting out just one sweet treat a day can significantly impact our weight. Also, make sure you are not eating right before bed. Wait at least 3 hours to sleep after eating. Also 20 minutes of sweating everyday will help increase your metabolism. Best wishes to you!
