    Besides going for resistace training if you are going to consume more protein and carb, I say you are at stake. The body what you get will be of fat only for the simple reason the unused protein and carb store in our body as fat!
    So, please be careful when you go for weight gain by only resorting on diet.

    just eat at night, make sure it is healthy proteins and carbs. be careful what you wish for, you may not stop and get too big!

    You have to care your health yourself. First of all you have to care about your meal. It must be 100% Natural. Keep away from junk foods, chemicalized foods and Chemical medicines. GO FOR GREEN.

    If you are underweight, then you need to increase your calorie intake – starches are good for that. But if you are a healthy weight, why do you want to change where you are?

    eat healthily.dont ever miss your meals.
    go to gyms.take some protein drinks under the consult of a nutritionist.

    Having lots of nuts like Pista, almonds will help you to gain weight.
    Also, you need to have lots of sprouted beans.
