Body Shape/weight Help!?
Helloo. I’m 5′4 and around 138 lbs. From my waist up (chest, shoulders) I’m really thin, like you can almost see the bones in my chest sticking out. From my waist down, My stomach has a little gut and my upper thighs and hips are pretty thick.
What is a proper weight?
What exercises can I do to melt away my gut and even out my body fat?
Any foods that boost metabolism or fat burning?

Walking, jogging, and running are all great exercises you can do to lose weight from your thighs, hips, stomach, and legs. Drinking green tea can help boost your metabolism. I drink about 4-5 cups of tea a day.
Your weight is not too bad…I think 125-130 would be fine. I’m the same height as you and people thought I looked like a twig at 120.

You should be about a 120-125 pounds.
You can cut your calories and do sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and walking.
You need to use the muscle in the areas you want to lose weight. Make sure you lose the weight the correct way. Don’t stop eating or starve your self. This will slow your weight loss down and it is not healthy.
Talk to your doctor or a trainer for more tips.
You are not that over weight and you can safely lose the weight in a couple of months.
