You can probably find some charts somewhere, but I would say an average would be 180-220lbs. But of course you could have a skinny frame, or a large frame, which means the “averages” wouldn’t be so “average.”
    EDIT:
    Found some charts:
    6′0″
    Small frame:149-160
    Med. frame:157-170
    Large frame:164-188
See what frame size you are here: [ http://www.healthchecksystems.com/height… ]

Doctors are now trying to stop using height/weight charts that don’t take frame size and muscle mass into consideration. To see if you’re overweight, underweight, or just right, try using a BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator. Here’s the link to one.http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

it depends.. My grandfather was 6′2 and weighed 200 and something, but had a big belly. When he was diagnosed with leukemia he lost a tremendous amount of weight. He was not average. he weighed about 150, but he should have weighed more. An average person being 6′0 should weigh anywhere from 170 to 190..
